Requirement Study

RSS provide assistance to the customers to examine their detailed requirements, in conjunction with external consultants where necessary, in order to advise the best available solution.

Implementation Service

We aim to get your new system up and running in the shortest time possible with the minimum disruption to your daily activities. Advanced planning is critical to this process and, following confirmation of your order, our project manager will agree and plan timings for implementation. This schedule will take into account the time needed to transfer your existing data, and to configure your new system for maximum impact and ease of use.

We recommend that the implementation is carried out in two stages. First stage is to ensure the standard system with the basic functionality is in place and the staff are comfortable with it. At the next stage the Add-On modules should be considered unless the customer is happy with the standard system due to adopting workarounds or changing their business rules. This approach has the added advantage of spreading the cost of investment, reducing resistance to the installation of new software (by avoiding a steep learning curve) and possible decrease in the cost as a result of adopting workarounds or finding the standard functionality to be adequate.
